Retail Associate & Plant Tender at Good Leaf Greenhouse

Join the team at the cutest tiny jungle in the heart of Door County! Our shop offers everything houseplant along with a unique selection of beer and wine and our favorite CBD brand. 

Starting wage is $16-$20 per hour depending on experience. This position is seasonal - May-October. Part and full time hours available.

Retail experience is preferred but not required. Must have an interest in plants but we can teach you the rest! Knowledge or experience with beer and wine is a plus. ***Must be 21+ to apply***

Job details include:

• Greeting customers when they walk through the door
• Guiding customers through plant and alcohol purchases with helpful knowledge
• Ringing up sales, use of Shopify POS, counting out register
• Setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
• Maintaining plants inside the shop and in onsight greenhouse
• Keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
• Restocking and reorganizing plants and merchandise
