The White Gull Inn is hiring a part- or full-time, year-round, experienced evening line cook to work with our Chef de Cuisine at our Candlelight Dinner services. Training would begin in October or early November 2023. Shifts between November and April, when we serve our Candlelight Dinner six nights a week, would include 3-4 evenings/week and two days/week to cover our daytime kitchen manager's days off. From May - October, when we increase our Fish Boil services to four nights a week, the position would become daytime only, with 3-4 daytime line cooking shifts and two days of kitchen managing.
Experience prepping food and cooking on the line in a commercial kitchen is desired, although we will train dedicated individuals with a passion for food. We look forward to meeting with you soon if you are interested!
