The Host/Hostess greets guests, manages reservations, and seats customers. The Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for customers and are responsible for setting the tone for the restaurant. The Host/Hostess must be able to work and communicate well with others; receive and provide direction to staff; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company. The Host/Hostess must also observe company dress code and support the company culture, values, goals and mission.
