Deputy Village Administrator/Deputy Clerk - Treasurer

Egg Harbor, Door County, Wisconsin

On the shore of Green Bay in beautiful Door County; Egg Harbor is a lively village and is the hub of northern Door County. Salary depends on qualifications, benefits offered. Presidend and four trustees elected on a non-partisan basis. $4.2M Budget. 

The Deputy Administrator/Deputy Clerk-Treasurer assists in processing of zoning and building permits, tracking and submitting of monthly zoning and building permit reports to the village assessor. Recurrent responsibilities include assisting with the monitoring daily cash flows, depositing and posting receipted payments monthly reconciliation with the Clerk-Treasurer and other office staff of all funds, including liability account deposits. The Deputy Administrator, DC/DT manages and is repsonsible for making sure the office is adequately supplied, reviewing and improving wiht the Administrator appropriate internal procedures. Updating the Village code as amended by the Board and maintaining public records in an orderly manner. The Deputy Administrator/Deputy Clerk - Treasurer is completely familiar with all of the responsibilities of the Village Administrator. Visit the community website at www.villageofeggharbor.org
