Position Type: Summer Seasonal (Full-time & Part-time positions available)

Are you passionate about the outdoors and looking for a fun, fast-paced summer job? Peninsula Kayak Company is seeking friendly and energetic Season Rental Associates to join our team here in beautiful Door County, WI. 

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist guests with kayak, paddleboard and e-bike rentals
• Clearly communicate safety instructions and basic paddling guidelines
• Share knowledge about local waters and recommend safe, scenic routes
• Maintain equipement and ensure gear is clean and ready to use
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic outdoor setting
• Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs regularly

What We're Looking For: 

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of kayaking or a willingness to learn quickly
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Available weekends and some holidays

Pay: Based on experience and availability. Starting $13 per hour + tips
