Job Description
Come work at a premier property and join our team. FT or PT position available. We need a self starter that is reliableand can work independently with a good attitude and organizational skills.
Respondsibilities Include:
-Provide overall general care of building, property, and equipment
-Coordinate, schedule, and oversight with professional trades people and vendors on projects, maintenance, and repairs
-Organize and maintain equipment and supplies needed for timely repairs and upkeep
-Interface with owners and guest regarding maintenance repairs
-Projects may require basical knowledge in plumbing, contstruction, and electrical
-Maintain indoor pool and spa
-Request bids from vendors on projects
-Monitor automatic lawn sprinklers
-Weekly unit checks during winter months
-Snow removeal on sidewalks and entrances
-Maintain and fill water softeners
