Customer Service Representative

Bayside Home Medical is looking for a motivated and customer service oriented person to join our team!

Customer Service Representatives responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers in showroom
• Assisting customers with their Medical Supply needs
• Demonstrating the functionality of equipment and supplies
• Discussing the insurance requirements and qualifications for various products and supplies
• Speaking with customers and referrals on the phone
• Processing sales orders and necessary paperwork
• Communicating with referral sources and gathering necessary information
• Scheduling deliveries
• Assisting other departments with various projects

This is a part time position that will include Monday through Friday hours and includes some On Call Hours for Oxygen.

Candidates with related experience is a bonus but we are mainly looking for someone with great people skills, a passion to help others, positive attitude and a drive to achieve goals.

Candidates MUST have a great attitude, work well with others, can work in a fast paced, high pressure environment, be compassionate and have a passion for taking care of others.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Managing incoming faxes and prescriptions and distributing to proper persons
• Other duties as assigned - must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
