Retail Staff

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily workflow, barista duties, customer service and promotion of all retail items
• Must be a collaborative team playerand be willing to make the workplace a better environment for all employees
• Knowledge of retail best practices
• Flexibility to work around customer demand
• Ability to work with team members to solve problems
• Detail-oriented
• Good planning skills
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Related experience preferred or have strong desire to learn on-the-job skills to suceed

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs at times
