Maintenance

Full-time or Part-time Maintenance Position 

Role and Responsibilities

Candidates must have an eye for detail and be self-motivated. Position Responsibilities –

• Maintain safety and security
• Test the pools and whirlpools daily and ensure all controllers, probes, and feeders are working properly, chemical reservoirs are full and hoses are working
• Check all secured doors and gates are locked or closed as required
• Complete daily work in budgeted time
• Replace burned out lightbulbs, batteries, and small appliances when needed
• Provide resort management with ideas and concerns
• Communicate with staff
• Check fixtures and television for proper operation
• Set heating/cooling equipment on proper setting
• Check and common area and entrance garbage’s
• Provide special services for guests as requested
• Complete and submit Maintenance Slips
• Cut grass, trim or pull weeds, mulch, and light landscaping  
• Report safety issues and concerns to the front desk and manager as needed
• Turn in room keys at front desk
• Restock closets and storage rooms and keep work areas neat and clean 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Speak and read English fluently, basic math. Able to work on some weekends and some holidays.

Preferred Skills

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and use stairs, bend, lift, and twist. Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation, enjoy people, and work well with others.
