Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, grills, ovens, and fryers.
  • Participate in catering events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred.
  • Strong skills in meal preparation, menu planning, and knowledge of dietary department requirements.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
