Beach Club Attendant/Server

Join the Horseshoe Bay Team for the 2025 Season

We are looking for individuals to join our team for the 2025 season.  We now have full and part time serving/bartending positions available at our Beach Club location. Enjoy amazing views from our pool, located on the Bay of Green Bay, all while working in Door County's only Private Club.  

Earn an $10.50 hourly wage, plus automatic 20% pooled gratuity with extra gratuities available.    Housing is available for full time employees and is within a 10-minute drive of Horseshoe Bay.  Free golf, use of our workout facility and discounted high end golf clothing is available to all staff.  

Job Duties Include

• Understanding of Food and Bar menus
• High end service to our Members at and around the pool
• General bartending
• Daily cleaning of pool area
• Working as a TEAM PLAYER
