Position: Café Manager

Summary of Position: Ready to lead the charge in creating an atmosphere where guests experience 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time? As our café manager, you'll be the maestro orchestrating the day-to-day magic of our cafe.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Captain of Charm: Oversee the daily ballet of cafe operations, ensuring that every guest feels like a VIP.

Director of joyful experiences: Guarantee that our guests receive not just service, but a warm welcome and top-tier, friendly attention, always.

Policy Wizard: Be the keeper of the rulebook, ensuring everyone follows our guidelines, procedures, and training programs to keep the good vibes flowing.

Jack-of-All-Trades: Master every cafe role to jump in where needed, keeping our service standards sky-high and holding the team accountable to their KRAs and job duties.

Team Maestro: Recruit, train, and nurture our cafe crew, turning them into a harmonious ensemble that rocks the cafe world.

Cash Commander: Take charge of cash and receipts through our POS system, ensuring financial operations run as smoothly as a well-brewed cup of coffee.

Advisor Extraordinaire: Collaborate with owners on staffing decisions, providing insightful advice and suggestions to keep the team firing on all cylinders.

Cleanliness Crusader: Keep the cafe shipshape, ensuring all equipment and areas are as clean as a fresh, frothy cappuccino.

Regulation Guru: Stay in the know about and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations related to health, safety, and labor.

Qualifications:

Age of Awesomeness: Must be 21 years old and radiate positive energy.

Language Dynamo: Fluent in the predominant language(s) of our cafe's trading area.

Gastronomic Guru: Possess a deep understanding of food and beverage service, backed by at least three years of front-of-the-house or assistant management experience.

Math Maestro: Excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.

Endurance Expert: Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Stamina for up to a 60-hour workweek is a must!
