Line Cooks will have an opportunity to create exciting dishes that take traditional local flavors and take them up a notch, while working through the direction of an Owner that started his career cooking in Door County, and a highly versatile Executive Chef with a driven and people first mindset. Servers will be put to the test with high volume days and have an opportunity to meet people from around the world in a beautiful setting!
