The Spa at Sacred Grounds is located in beautiful northern Ephraim. This wellness spa focuses on a wide variety of therapeutic bodywork and nurturing skin care. To enhance our spa experience, yoga classes and guided meditation are offered in our Tree of Life Studio. The spa is open year round and is Door County's premiere day spa.
